Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Welcome to the website of Allied Law Services, PLLC (“Allied Law Services,” “the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of https://alliedlawservices.com, including its pages, forms, scheduling tools, communications, and other website features (collectively, the “Website”).
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Website.
1. General Information Only
The information provided on this Website is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney concerning your particular circumstances.
Laws, regulations, procedures, filing fees, deadlines, and government policies may change. Although we endeavor to maintain accurate information, Allied Law Services does not guarantee that every statement on the Website is complete, current, or applicable to your situation.
You should not act—or refrain from acting—based solely on information found on this Website.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Viewing the Website, submitting a contact form, sending an email or text message, leaving a voicemail, scheduling or attending an initial consultation, or communicating with an employee or representative of Allied Law Services does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship.
An attorney-client relationship is established only after:
- The Firm has evaluated and accepted the matter;
- Any required conflict-of-interest review has been completed;
- The Firm and the client have signed a written engagement agreement; and
- Any required initial payment or retainer has been received.
Until these requirements are satisfied, do not send confidential, privileged, time-sensitive, or original documents through the Website.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Every legal matter is different, and outcomes depend on the particular facts, applicable law, available evidence, government discretion, court decisions, and other circumstances outside the Firm’s control.
Testimonials, reviews, case examples, prior results, approval notices, and descriptions of past matters do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any future matter.
Allied Law Services does not promise or guarantee any particular legal outcome, processing time, approval, settlement, judgment, or result.
4. Jurisdiction and Attorney Licensing
Allied Law Services provides legal services only through attorneys who are properly licensed or otherwise authorized to provide the services concerned.
U.S. immigration law is federal law, and authorized attorneys may provide immigration representation to clients located in different states or countries, subject to applicable professional rules.
State-law services, including family law, probate, estate planning, and real-estate matters, are provided only in jurisdictions where the responsible attorney is licensed or otherwise legally authorized to practice. The presence of information about a particular jurisdiction does not represent that every Firm attorney is licensed in that jurisdiction.
Nothing on this Website should be interpreted as an offer to provide legal services in a jurisdiction where doing so would violate applicable laws or professional-conduct rules.
5. Contact Forms and Submitted Information
You agree that the information you submit through the Website will be accurate and will not impersonate another person, infringe another person’s rights, or contain unlawful or malicious material.
Submitting information does not obligate Allied Law Services to accept your case. The Firm may decline a matter for any lawful reason, including a conflict of interest, lack of jurisdiction, insufficient capacity, or because the matter falls outside the Firm’s practice areas.
Website communications may not always be secure. Do not use a general contact form to send Social Security numbers, financial-account information, medical records, passwords, complete immigration identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information unless the Firm has instructed you to use a secure client portal.
6. Deadlines and Emergencies
Contacting Allied Law Services does not mean that the Firm is monitoring or responsible for your deadlines. You remain responsible for complying with all filing deadlines, court dates, hearing dates, response periods, statutes of limitation, immigration deadlines, and other time-sensitive requirements unless the Firm has formally accepted responsibility for the matter in a written engagement agreement.
Do not use the Website to request emergency assistance. If you face an immediate threat to your safety, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
7. Consultations and Appointments
Scheduling a consultation does not guarantee that the Firm will accept your case. The availability, duration, scope, and cost of consultations may vary depending on the type of matter and the applicable scheduling policy.
Any consultation fee, cancellation policy, rescheduling policy, or refund condition disclosed during scheduling or payment forms becomes part of these Terms.
Legal advice specific to your circumstances may be provided only by an authorized attorney and only when permitted under the applicable engagement or consultation arrangement.
8. Text-Message Communications
If you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and expressly consent to receive text messages, you authorize Allied Law Services and its service providers to send communications to that number. Messages may include appointment reminders, responses to inquiries, case-related communications, service information, and—when separately authorized—marketing messages.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving legal services.
You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message or by contacting us through the information provided below. You may reply HELP for assistance. After an opt-out request, you may receive one confirmation message. Opting out of marketing texts will not prevent the Firm from sending communications that are legally permitted or reasonably necessary concerning an existing attorney-client relationship, subject to applicable law.
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Email Communications
If you subscribe to marketing emails, you authorize Allied Law Services to send newsletters, legal updates, firm announcements, and information about its services.
You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in a marketing email or by contacting the Firm. Administrative, security, transactional, or case-related communications may still be sent when legally permitted or necessary.
Commercial emails should offer a functioning way to unsubscribe, and opt-out requests must be honored as required by federal law. FTC CAN-SPAM compliance guidance.

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
A link to the Privacy Policy should be displayed wherever the Website collects personal information.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website’s original text, graphics, branding, logos, videos, photographs, downloads, page designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Allied Law Services and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view, download, or print Website material solely for your personal, noncommercial, informational use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission from Allied Law Services.
The names and logos of third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes;

- Use Website content in a way that infringes the rights of Allied Law Services or another party.
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website may contain links to government agencies, scheduling platforms, payment processors, social-media services, maps, videos, client portals, or other third-party websites.
These links are provided for convenience only. Allied Law Services does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, or services. Your use of a third-party website is subject to that provider’s terms and policies.
A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
14. Website Availability and Security
We endeavor to keep the Website accessible and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation. The Website may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, cyber incidents, service-provider problems, or circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for using reasonable security precautions when accessing the Website, downloading materials, or communicating electronically.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Allied Law Services does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, free of harmful components, or suitable for a particular legal purpose.
Nothing in this section limits any duty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Allied Law Services and its attorneys, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of—or inability to use—the Website.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. It also does not alter any duties arising from an attorney-client relationship established through a written engagement agreement.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another jurisdiction’s mandatory law applies.
Any dispute concerning use of the Website will be addressed in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and professional-conduct requirements.
18. Changes to These Terms
Allied Law Services may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the Website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
19. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
